PRODUCTION AND STANDARD DELIVERY TIMES
Melanin Apparel items are made-to-order, which means they are produced AFTER an order is placed. This is for personalization purposes and to give our customer a wide range of designs to choose from.
Please note that Delivery Time = Process time + Shipping Time.
We have our fulfillment centers located both in the US and overseas to keep the best pricing for customers. Therefore, processing and shipping time vary among product types. Please refer to the Shipping Section in the product page, or the following table for more details:

⚠ Note:
- Right after your order finishes processing and is sent out, you will receive a shipping notification email with a tracking code so you can follow your package.
- For personalized products, kindly allow us an extra 2 – 3 business days excluding processing time to work on the design.

Shipping charges may vary depending on the shipping address. Final shipping charge will be displayed on the checkout page.
Promotion: We offer Free Shipping for orders over $75 shipped to the U.S.

RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS & REFUNDS
At Melanin Apparel, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
*** Melanin Apparel will send you A REPLACEMENT or A FULL REFUND if you are not satisfied with your package. We will treat this loss as our responsibility for your unsatisfactory shopping experience.
Kindly let us know as soon as possible so that we can send you a replacement or a full refund. All issues most be reported 5 days within deliver date.
- Late delivery or missing order: We would gladly resend or issue a full refund if you do not receive the items purchased after 40 days of placing your order.
- Damaged or defective items: We would offer a replacement. You can submit your order’s shipping label and a photo proof within 10 days of delivery shown by the tracking record.
Please note that we typically do not comply with requests for refunds or replacements for such errors as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, or wrong shipping address given, etc. If you have problems with sizes, designs, colors or deliveries, kindly reach out to our Customer Service Center for personal assistance.
CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION
If you wish to cancel or make a correction or modification to your order, please contact our Customer Service Center within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the order is sent to the fulfillment centers, cancellation is no longer accepted.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have yet to receive a refund, first check your bank account again, then contact your payment institution. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
